A strong library is the hallmark of a strong community.
Have you or your child ever attended a library program? Have you every checked out a book or downloaded an ebook? Maybe you stopped by the library to check out an American Girl Doll or an Early Literacy Backpack. If so, you know how valuable the South Fayette Township Library is to the community. As a center for lifelong learning, it serves as an institution that welcomes, inspires, and educates the community by connecting people to the transforming power of knowledge.
Celebrating our 25th anniversary this year, it is impressive how far we have come in such a short time. What started as a group of volunteers and a collection of donated books has grown into a robust community library serving South Fayette, Bridgeville, Cecil, Cuddy, McDonald, Morgan, Oakdale, Presto and Sturgeon. Already this year, we have circulated 141,000 items and provided 620 hours of programming. We couldn’t have done it without supporters like you.
Thank you for your commitment and support.
As we move in to 2020, we are committed to maintaining our high level of service and wide array of programs and want to do even more. Your generous contribution shows that you value what the Library offers to the community and strengthens the Library’s capacity to innovate and adapt to change.
